Do you reimburse car drivers the Government Advisory Rate (AER), currently at 4p per mile?
An effective policy needs to incentivise home-charging where possible, but also prevent disadvantaging those drivers who are unable to do so. Do you believe the government should look at amending AER (currently 4 pence per mile)?
